What is a quality score? How does it work?

Our goal is to send you accurate details of homeowners who are as close to selling as possible. If an owner is further away from selling, or requires more work from you to get in the door, we feel it’s only fair our fee should be lower to reflect this. As such we created a Quality Score.

Many leads, but not all, come with a Quality Score. This score helps you understand how likely the homeowner is to move forward with selling, how confident we are in the lead data and the referral fee that applies if the lead converts.

Featured+ Agents pay 0% referral fee regardless of Quality Score.

How the score is set

  • The score is a number between 0 and 10.

  • It reflects factors such as the accuracy of the information provided, the guide/s or report/s they’ve downloaded, and the intent signals we’ve captured.

  • A higher score means higher confidence that the lead is serious about selling.

Why might I see complete details but still have a low quality score?

  • Some of the data received may not match accurately to official records and as such the quality score may be reduced

  • We may have sourced additional data from publicly available resources to give you additional details on the lead. We make all attempts to keep these accurate but it may not be

  • The information input from the lead appears wrong

Why this matters

  • The score gives you context before making contact.

  • Referral fees are linked to the score, so you know upfront what applies if you list and sell the property.

  • It helps you prioritise your follow-up and dialogue. High-quality leads first, but don’t ignore lower-quality ones, as they can still convert with the right approach.

Please note: the Quality Score is a guide only. While we assess lead data carefully, we cannot guarantee that the score will perfectly reflect the seller’s intent level. AgentLink does not provide any warranty on conversion likelihood and assumes no liability for decisions made solely based on the Quality Score.
