Eligibility Criteria/Terms & Conditions

Thank you for using AgentLink to compare local real estate agents. You may have unlocked a commission discount off your total commission fee payable to your featured agent. Please check the following eligibility criteria below to ensure you are eligible. If you are unsure, please contact your featured agent or email us at info@agentlink.au to clarify.

To be eligible you must:

  • have completed and submitted an AgentLink Agent Comparison enquiry

  • received a sales agent report which included a specified discount amount

  • provided accurate information about your property, including, but not limited to, estimated property value

  • your property must be within Australia

  • your property must be a residential property, not commercial or industrial

  • list the property for sale within 90 days of receiving the AgentLink Agent Comparison

  • not have had an appraisal from your featured agent within the past 6 months prior to completing the AgentLink Agent Comparison

  • not have a prior agreement signed with the featured agent before completing the AgentLink Agent Comparison

  • your featured agent must not have made a submission to AgentLink denying our lead referral fee

  • be the property owner of the listed address on the AgentLink Agent Comparison

  • engaged the featured agent to sell your property, not another agent outside of this process

  • have signed an exclusive agency agreement with the featured agent

  • total commission payable to the featured agent before the discount is applied must exceed $7,500

  • Featured agent must be eligible to pay AgentLink a referral fee exceeding $1,500

  • Property’s final sale price must not be more than 10% below the lowest owners estimated sale price

  • retain a copy of your AgentLink Agent Comparison report

  • have successfully sold your property through the featured agent and paid the featured agent (or their respective agency) their commission in full

  • have settled on the property, or any such act that remunerated the agent their commission in full

  • not have withdrawn your listing for sale with the featured agent at any stage

  • not have engaged in any misleading or deceptive conduct that could impact the validity of this offer

  • not have claimed this offer before for the nominated property on the AgentLink Agent Comparison
